Couple's nightmare stay

We had one brief good moment when we first checked in, the lady at the front desk was actually pretty friendly and helped us with our bags. But then it all went downhill when we discovered that our room was basically a horror show. The room should’ve never been rented out, clearly it was not cleaned properly and the state of the place was unsanitary
